Wow!  What a great experience.  I needed a plumber and called Vetter after hearing that they were the best.  Not only are they a very cool couple, they were so professional and in just a very short time had 2 leaks fixed, a vent installed and advised on a few issues/questions I had. Great people, excellent service and very professional!!! On a couple of occasions now I called with an urgent request. They put me into their schedule and were able to move me up to fix the problem. Doug and Liz came out to install a loop for a water filtration system and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They were prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. They even showed up with shoe covers in their hands. While this may not seem like a big deal, it shows their high level of professionalism and the consideration and respect they have for their customers which was greatly appreciated by us. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Liz. I have tankless hot water heater that I am having issues with. This unit was installed in my house prior to me purchasing. This unit was not installed by Vetter Plumbing. I am a DIYer and Tried to figure out the issue I am having. I contacted the manufacture several times on my own with no. So I reached out Liz. She and her crew were dealing with a very demanding project and in my opinion she should of told me that they didn't have time to help me out. But she didn't, she listened to my concerns and tried contacting the manufacture her self and other pro's in the area to see if they had any insight. While we didn't come up with the cause of my concern. Liz put in a lot of time to help me. I will be using Vetter for any plumbing needs in the future. Vetter Plumbing did a great job fixing and updating the old, wonky pipes in our shower and garage. Throughout the process, Doug was very responsive and patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. Their work is consistent, solid,
